These SMS/Text Messaging Terms govern participation in text messaging communications offered by Short Code Voice, Inc. ("Short Code Voice," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Program Description

Short Code Voice™ may send SMS/text messages relating to:

  • Account notifications;
  • Authentication and one-time passcodes (OTP/2FA);
  • Billing alerts;
  • Customer support communications.

Short Code Voice™ does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program unless separately disclosed and consented to.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Short Code Voice™, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from or on behalf of Short Code Voice™ at the telephone number provided.

Consent may be obtained through:

  • Website forms and checkboxes;
  • Contractual or account signup flows;
  • Text message keyword opt-in mechanisms.

Consent is not a condition of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
