Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

Short Code Voice’s services may be used solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry requirements.

2. Prohibited Use

Customer shall not use, and shall not permit any third party to use, the services:

• For any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose;
• In violation of applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, privacy, or other laws;
• To facilitate harassment, threats, fraud, phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or deceptive practices;
• In any manner that interferes with or disrupts Short Code Voice’s network, systems, or services;
• In connection with any prohibited or restricted industries, campaigns, or use cases designated by Short Code Voice from time to time.

3. Suspension Rights

Short Code Voice may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate services, in whole or in part, without prior notice, where Short Code Voice reasonably suspects:

• Violation of this AUP;
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Security threats or abuse;
• Conduct that may expose Short Code Voice, its partners, or other customers to harm, liability, or regulatory risk.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all use of the services under their accounts, including use by employees, contractors, agents, and end users.

5. Updates to AUP

Short Code Voice may modify this AUP from time to time by posting an updated version to its website. Continued use of the services after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
